Our Role
Tatton Estate sits between countryside and regional growth, with land, villages, businesses and natural assets that are deeply interconnected.

The Estate manages more than 400 properties, including around 170 homes and a diverse commercial portfolio centred in Knutsford and across Cheshire.

In 2025, the Estate brought management in house, enabling a more integrated, responsive and long-term approach.
