The Employer Of The Year award celebrates the North Cheshire organisations that demonstrate strong commercial success while placing the development and support of its workforce at the heart of its strategy. It recognises the organisations that create positive, engaging workplaces where people can grow and perform at their best.

Entries should provide clear evidence of initiatives and policies that support training and development, alongside a commitment to health, safety, and overall wellbeing. Judges will also be looking for innovative approaches to working practices and how these contribute to both employee satisfaction and business growth.
